Kid Lucky – Not a problem at all. So what happen?

Kenny Muhammad - Morning of the 17th of Oct. I went to the Adler Planetarium, to see Stars of the Pharoe and when I left to catch a cab. There were four marines. They were coming from Soldiers Field. They were blocking my way I said excuse me they laughed and said you fucking nigger and I said, you have white boys calling themselves niggers. I am Muslim. God don’t make niggers. So look in the mirror at your own bestiality. And the marines said you fucking nigger Islamic terrorist and then they pushed me. To make it short they lost the fight against the human orchestra. It was 4 trained marine officers against one man; myself.

Kid Lucky - am I right that you got your training from the FOI?

Kenny Muhammad - Yes

Kid Lucky - For those who do not know, Kenny can you tell them what FOI stands for and who they are before you go on with this incredible fucked up story?

Kenny Muhammad - Fruit of Islam. And it’s the name of military men who belong to Islam under the leadership of Honorable Elijah Muhammad and The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

Kenny Muhammad - The Police saw me get jumped by the marines. So they jumped in to handcuff me and were fighting me at the same time. Simultaneously they put the four marines in a cab to get away from the crime scene. I was furious. I said I want them arrested. I am a victim of a hate crime I exclaimed. The Police said shut the fuck up. And they continued to try and restrain me. I said am I arrested? They said no. Then I said leave me the hell alone and uncuff me. They did not do so. They fought me.

Kid Lucky - While you were in handcuffs?

Kenny Muhammad - Yes sir. I know how to fight while in handcuffs. I defended myself in after being told I was not being arrested. So all of a sudden black uniformed officers came and pulled me away from the white plain clothes officers and the white officers were arguing with the black officers trying to get me away from them so they can arrest me. But the black officers were not havin it. The black officers protected me and put me in the back of the police car. And then the main black officer who put me in the police car, name unknown, told me the white arresting officers badge number is *609 get your Muslims lawyer on them. So they took me to 18 and state police station where I had to defend myself from 8 more police officers. They restrained me shackled me handcuffed me and threw me in a rubber room! I was in the precinct for two days. Then on the 19th of October they took me to Cook County Jail to court in front of the judge. The Judge said the police charged me with being at the Bears game at Soldier Field being unruly I resisted arrest and head butted the officer. I immediately said to the judge this is bull shit I had a fight with four marines who pushed me and called me a nigger at the Adler Planetarium. I showed the judge a female judge by the way my Adler planetarium wristband still on my wrist. Then the judge held in contempt of court. gave me thirty days county time. Then charged me with aggravated battery to a sheriff police officer, which is a 1st class felony.

Kid Lucky - Holy shit that shit is wild. So is it over now?

Kenny Muhammad - No it’s a big conspiracy against me They are trying to railroad me.

Kid Lucky - Why?

Kenny Muhammad - Because I am a black man and a Muslim in America

Kid Lucky - This so messed up. Hey did you beatbox while locked up?

Kenny Muhammad - Yes I was doing the beatbox every day the whole three months I was locked up. When the inmate saw me come into general population they said the burger king man is locked up. They remembered the burger king commercial I did in 1997 that I beatboxed on. I became famous over night in Cook County jail. I am going to trial February 11 2005 please pray for me. We are going to beat this. I feel the whole beatbox community behind me. They have to throw this case out because the police officer never came to court. I went to court 5 times for aggravated battery to a police officer and the police officer never showed up! The second time, they were suppose to throw the case out but they didn’t because I am a black man and Muslim in America. Guess what guys I found out from my public defender that the white officer that arrested me was off duty and wasn’t working. He’s not a detective. He is a uniformed sheriff police officer. So they said he can’t even claim the arrest. The 5th time I went to court judge Lynn said to me that being charged with being at the bears game and fighting three people the officer broke up the fight and i Kenny Muhammad punched the officer in the face four times and swelled up his face. Judge Lynn then asked the state lawyer who was repping the sheriff where is the hospital report? Where is the paramedic report? Because then it would prove where it actually happened. The state lawyer said Judge he did not go to the hospital and there is no paramedic report. So Judge lynn said Why is his bail 200,000 dollars? This is his first felony case.Thirty five years of my life as a citizen as America. All I have is two misdemeanors.

Kid Lucky - Damn that is crazy. So what plans do you have now that you are out and about and are there any shout outs that you want to do?

Kenny Muhammad - Plan is to have the whole beatbox world back me to fight this case by emailing the Judge Lynn by going to www.IDOC.com I wanna shout out Debora Muhammad and Chuck D from Public Enemy for being the anchors and bailing me out of jail along with monies that came from Beatboxer Entertainment’s benefit concert. May the creator bless the beatbox community and help me through these times of wrongdoing and deception. I also wanna thank Scratch and His wife for coming all the way from Philly to NYC for the benefit and helped by giving my moms cash to bail me out.Beatboxing.com, thank-you so much for a positive forum.  Dethrox, and Kenny Liner for giving over a piece of their paycheck from BBE. Kenny Muhammad - The album is entitled human orchestra and it will be out on February 27th 2005.

Kid Lucky - Will you be performing anywhere in NYC in the near future?

Kenny Muhammad - Yes but right now I am focusing on this case and taking care of my head space and spending time with my mother and father and brothers. Please pray for my family.
